What Are The Symptoms Of A Blocked Sacral Chakra?

If your sacral chakra is blocked, you might experience:

  • Inability to express emotions or desires
  • Sexual and reproductive issues
  • Lack of creativity
  • Isolation and loneliness
  • Bladder and kidney problems
  • Hip and lower back pains

Below you will find 10 methods to help you to heal and bring your sacral chakra back to alignment.

How To Unblock Your Sacral Chakra ?

  1. Reconnect with water

The sacral chakra is associated with the element of water. You can reconnect with this element by staying hydrated, enjoying your bath or shower, going for a swim.

For the sacral chakra to stay healthy, you need to keep it hydrated – drink plenty of water. Ideally sit quietly while you drink it, feel it pouring down inside you, notice its coolness and how refreshing it is. Be aware of the moment.

Add some relaxing elements to your daily routine. When taking a shower or bath, make sure to use your favourite towels, soaps, and lotions. Light some candles or use an essential oil diffuser, play some calming music.

If you lucky to live near an ocean, lake, river, or stream, go for a swim, embrace the water and its power. Or just go for a walk, listen to the soothing sound of water, and dip your toes in it. Feel the connection.

If you live in a city with no access to such places, go to a swimming pool. When there, have the intention of connecting with water, be mindful of your sacral chakra.

The sacral chakra is the realm of your creativity – it’s time to connect to your creative side! Do what feels fun. It is completely up to you as there is no right or wrong way doing it. You can get creative in the kitchen: try a new recipe or come up with your own. Rearrange your furniture, paint the walls or…paint a portrait. Write a journal, play a musical instrument, go dancing, plant new pots in the garden. Be spontaneous. Experiment. Be in the flow.

The ball is immersing in the water, allowing to be softly swayed. Slowly the waves become orange, you feel they are gradually covering you, bringing the sense of incredible tranquility and warmth.
  • You can chant sacral chakra’s seed sound of “vam” several times.
  • When you feel ready, slowly open your eyes and smile.
